4 Mason Jar Salad Dressings for Your Fridge

Whether you want to eat more salads or you are addicted to them, you cannot deny that the perfect dressing can make a salad not only interesting, but delicious. Skip the salad dressing aisle in your grocery store, grab some mason jars and organic olive oil and start making some healthy, delicious dressings for your salad with these four easy recipes.

Things to Remember:
  • These oil based dressings will solidify in the fridge, so take them out 10 minutes before serving.
  • You don’t need to drown your salad in dressing. With these recipes a little bit goes a long way.
  • According to “Jamie’s Ministry of Food” by Chef Jamie Oliver, “your body can absorb far more of the nutrients from salads because of the presence of oil and acid in the dressing.”
