- One Bottle White Wine (like Pinot Grigio)

- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda for a sweeter taste
- 3 red apples (chopped)
- 3 pears (chopped)
Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least an hour (or longer!) and serve well chilled. Makes 4-6 servings.
Warm Hot Toddy
A slight twist on the winter classic drink. By adding the tea, it becomes the perfect drink for a cold fall night and can really help with any cold-weather stuffies and congestion you have! You can vary it by using different flavors of tea, too.
- 1 1/2 oz. brandy, rum or whisky
- juice of a 1/4 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tea bag (we used english breakfast)
Coat the bottom of your mug with the honey and then pour in your liquor and lemon juice. In a separate glass, make a cup of tea with the tea bag and hot water. When it’s your desired strength, pour in with the liquor and lemon mix. Stir and enjoy! Makes one cocktail.
