Women, we have hips. Whether or not they’re lying is of no consequence – what matters is how we use them while avoiding traditional ab exercises like crunches and sit-ups. Unbeknownst to most people who want to achieve flat, sexy abs, are that repetitive exercises like sit-ups and crunches can do more harm than good.
