Avocados lend a velvety smooth textures to your desserts while contributing approximately 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. This nutrient rich fruit offers up a wide array of vitamin B as well as vitamin K and vitamin E. Rich in magnesium and copper and containing as much potassium as 3 bananas, the avocado is the perfect food for everyone in your family. Phytonutrients are naturally occurring chemicals which can be found in plant foods. They are key factors in your diet that aid in reducing your risk of inflammatory and degenerative disorders which can affect every part of the body.

The high water content of an avocado makes it the perfect substitution to create treats that are soft, chewy and unlikely to crumble.

  1. Love it- we have been incorporating more avocado into our foods – including replacing other things with it. It’s working great & I feel better about what we are eating.
