There are several different essential oils and essential oil combinations that can help fight cellulite, but the following oils will get you the best results:

Essential Oils for Cellulite

Many people have begun using essential oils to help combat cellulite. There are several essential oils that can be used to help get rid of the lumpy and dimply looking skin with oils such as Rosemary, Spearmint, Carrot Seed, Geranium, and Coffee. Below is a description of each oil and how it can help relieve eczema symptoms:

Rosemary

Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary has a woody, fragrant scent. It is frequently used for cellulite because of it’s toning and firming properties. It also helps to combat lymphatic blockage which can reduce the amount of toxins stored in fat cells, thereby relieving you of the bumpy look of cellulite.

Spearmint

Spearmint oil has several medicinal properties and can be used in a variety of ways. It can be used as an antiseptic or antispasmodic. It is also a restorative and stimulative substance which work together to fight cellulite. Spearmint is also said to help with fat metabolism, which help dissolve cellulite even in it’s largest areas.

Carrot Seed

Carrot seed is a popular oil that is often used alone but is frequently used in combination with many other oils because of its wide range of healing properties. It offers antiseptic, diuretic, carminative, and vermifuge properties and is said to help with aging as it keeps the skin hydrated. Carrot seed oil helps to tone the skin because it contains powerful detoxifying and antioxidant properties that help trigger the production of collagen and blood circulation.

Geranium

Geranium is another common oil that is often included in recipes with other oils to combat specific issues. You won’t be disappointed by the way it smells with it’s rosy scent. It is often used for cleaning wounds but it also helps combat cellulite with its astringent, tonic, and diuretic properties. Geranium also helps to address hormone imbalances which is one of the underlying causes of cellulite.

Coffee

When you think of coffee, you usually aren’t thinking of essential oils. However, this oil has many healing properties and can be used in a variety of ways, including fighting cellulite. Coffee helps to tone and tighten the skin, and the caffeine found within the oil helps to metabolize and detoxify your skin’s fat cells leading to less lumps and dimples where you don’t want them.

DIY Cellulite Cream

With these essential oils combined you can create your own anti-cellulite lotion at home. This cream can be used for spot treatment for your most troublesome areas or for all over care.
