About The Villas
The Villas of Amelia Island are simply luxurious. If you come here to get away from life, why not do so in privacy and luxury? There are a variety of one, two and three bedroom villas available to suit your needs. The villas include all the amenities you would expect in a hotel room. Some pets are allowed in some of the villas. The rooms in the villas are spacious, and the decor is modern and calming.
The Villas were created with a commitment to preserve the natural beauty of the area. This getaway in paradise exists in harmony with the natural environment. While staying here, you can take in centuries-old live oaks, the Atlantic Ocean, gorgeous beaches and lush marshes. They didn’t clear cut the area to develop. Everything here was built with the natural beauty of the area in mind.
Pick your villa based on where you want to be on the island or what you want to do. There are villas with views of the ocean, the marsh, the golf course, and more. There are actually 12 villas to choose from, such as the Shipwatch Villas. The Shipwatch Villas are on the ocean. There are one, two, and three bedroom villas available and many have oceanfront views! Relax by the pool or have your morning coffee out on your private balcony. The landscaping all around the facility is lush, green and just looks classically Florida.
The Shipwatch Villa on the ocean has a full kitchen so you can cook if you want. However, restaurants are nearby. The Falcon’s Nest is just a walk away. This family friendly pub is the perfect stop for a meal after a fun day of taking in the island.
We love that we don’t feel like you are in a dark, dungeon-like hotel room here. The entire place of Shipwatch Villa is full of gorgeous sunlight. No tacky, out of date furniture or ugly paintings anywhere to be seen! This place is well designed and lovely.
