The Accommodations

  • Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar: Celebrity Chef Richard Sandoval’s latest concept is now open! Toro’s menu features Pan Latin cuisine, which artfully combines the distinct flavors of South and Central America with ingredients rooted in the Japanese and Chinese Peruvian cultures.
  • Ironwood American Kitchen: The Fairmont Scottsdale’s main dining room, Ironwood American Kitchen, serves breakfast and lunch featuring wood-fired specialties, served in a warm and casual atmosphere.

The Swimming

When you think of the desert, you think of warm weather swimming and the Fairmont Princess does not disappoint! With five different pools available finding a way to cool down is just a few steps away. Each pool is surrounded by a multitude of chairs, lounging areas and tables. There are fresh towels and water available and plenty of shade for when the weather is hot. If you are looking for a quieter pool, stop by the Casita Pool or the adult-only rooftop pool at the Well & Being at Willow Stream Spa. If laps are your thing, check out the East Pool. The South Pool has beautiful pool-side beds to lounge on and a huge hot tub where you can soak away the day’s cares. If you are traveling with kids, the Sonoran Splash is the place for you!

The Sonoran Splash will be THE PLACE your kids want to be! Featuring two, 200 ft. waterslides, a beach front entry, and even a sandbox, your kids will have a blast swimming, splashing and sliding. Seasonally they offer an after-dark, Techno waterslide featuring fog, disco lights and music as well as dive-in movies. Don’t think that if the weather is cooler that you can’t swim though! With the desert’s even climate and heated pools, you can even take a dip in the middle of December!

Fun for the Kids
