Chocolate Delight {No Bake} Granola Bars

  • 2 C Back to Nature Chocolate Delight Granola
  • 3 packets Food Lion Instant Oatmeal
  • ¼ C Food Lion Pure Honey
  • ¼ C Food Lion Sweet Cream Butter
  • ¼ C Food Lion Brown Sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • Optional – ¼ C Back to Nature Mixed Nuts

Directions:

  • Melt butter in medium saucepan.
  • Mix honey and brown sugar into butter until dissolved, set aside.
  • Crush the Chocolate Delight Granola in a bowl to remove large chunks.
  • Add in the packets of instant oatmeal and salt, mix well.
  • Pour butter mixture over granola mixture and stir well making sure all ingredients are completely coated with the butter mixture.
  • Line a small bar pan with parchment paper and spread out granola mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.

Coconut Chocolate & Peanut Butter {No Bake} Granola Bars

  • 1 C Back to Nature Chocolate Delight Granola
  • 1 C Back to Nature Peanut Butter Granola Clusters
  • 3 packets Food Lion Instant Oatmeal
  • ¼ C Food Lion Coconut Flakes
  • ¼ C Food Lion Sweet Cream Butter
  • ¼ C Food Lion Brown Sugar
  • 1tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Dash of salt
  • Optional – ¼ C Back to Nature Mixed Nuts

Directions:

  • Melt butter in medium saucepan.
  • Mix honey and coconut flakes into butter until dissolved.
  • Let cool slightly and add in vanilla extract. Set aside.
  • Crush the Chocolate Delight Granola and Peanut Butter Granola Clusters in a bowl to remove large chunks.
  • Add in the packets of instant oatmeal and salt, mix well.
  • Pour butter mixture over granola mixture and stir well making sure all ingredients are completely coated with the butter mixture.
  • Line a small bar pan with parchment paper and spread out granola mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.

Kid-Simple {No Bake} Granola Bars

  • 2 C Back to Nature Granola (variety of your choice)
  • 4 packets or 1 C Food Lion Instant Oatmeal
  • ½ C Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ C Back to Nature Mixed Nuts
  • ¾ C Dried Fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped figs, etc.)
  • ¾ C Food Lion Pure Honey
  • ½ tsp. Almond Extract

Directions:

  • Crush the Back to Nature granola if needed then stir in the instant oatmeal, chocolate chips, mixed nuts, dried fruit, and almond extract; mix well.
  • Line a small bar pan with parchment paper and spread out granola mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars and serving.

5-Ingredient No Bake Granola Bars

  • 1 C Pitted Dates
  • 1 C Seed/Nut Mix (flax seeds, almonds, cashews, etc.)
  • ¼ C Maple Syrup
  • ¼ C Peanut or Almond Butter
  • 1 ½ C Back to Nature Granola (variety of your choice)

Directions:

  • Process dates in a food processor until small pieces remain – about one minute (it may form into a ball).
  • Crush granola in a bowl if needed for smaller pieces.
  • Add in seed/nut mix and dates.
  • Warm syrup and peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat until blended well.
  • Pour over granola mixture and stir, breaking up the dates to evenly disperse throughout.
  • Once mixed, place in an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper and press until flat.
  • Cover with parchment paper and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove and slice into bars and enjoy!

{No Bake} Granola-Seed Bars

  • 2 C  Back to Nature Granola (variety of your choice)
  • ¼ C Food Lion Pure Honey
  • ¼ C Food Lion Sweet Cream Butter
  • ¼ C Food Lion Brown Sugar
  • 1C Mix seeds (chia, flax, sesame, sunflower)

Directions:

  • Melt butter in medium saucepan.
  • Mix honey and brown sugar into butter until dissolved, set aside.
  • Crush the granola in a bowl to remove large chunks.
  • Add the mixed seeds and mix well.
  • Pour butter mixture over granola mixture and stir well making sure all ingredients are completely coated with the butter mixture.
  • Line a small bar pan with parchment paper and spread out granola mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars and serving.

Coco-Seed-Granola Bars

  • 1 C of your favorite Food Lion nut butter
  • ½ C Food Lion Pure Honey
  • ½ C Coconut Oil
  • 2 ½ C Back to Nature Granola (variety of your choice – crushed if necessary)
  • 1 C Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ C Mini Chocolate Chips, optional

Directions:

  • In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt together nut butter, honey, and coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in granola and coconut.
  • Pour mixture into a 9- by 13-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread into an even layer and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips (if using), and firmly press down with the back of a spatula or clean hands.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Slice into squares or bars and enjoy!

{No Bake Vegan-Nut-Free} Granola Bars

  • ½ C Maple Syrup
  • ½ C Nut or Seed Butter
  • ¼ C Cup Food Lion Instant Oat Flour*
  • 2 ½ C Food Lion Instant Oats
  • ⅔  C Sunflower & Pumpkin Seed mix
  • ½  C Cranberries (or other dried fruit)
  • 2 Tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions:

  • Add the maple syrup and nut/seed butter to a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Add in the oat flour with a pinch of salt and mix until well-incorporated.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir well until the sticky mixture is evenly coating all dry ingredients.
  • Line a 9×9″ baking tin with parchment paper, and firmly press the mixture in.
  • Let sit for 15-20 minutes, to allowing the oats to absorb any extra moisture.
  • Slice the Granola Bars in the pan and enjoy!

*Homemade oat flour: Using a blender or food processor pulse oats until they resemble a fine or coarse flour to your liking.

Granola Trail-Mix {No Bake} Bars

  • ⅓ C Peanut Butter
  • ⅓  C Food Lion Pure Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ½ tsp. Almond extract (optional)
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ Food Lion Instant Oatmeal
  • ½  C Sliced Almonds
  • ½  C Dried Cranberries
  • ½ C Dried Blueberries or Raisins
  • ¼ C Shelled Pistachios
  • ⅛ C Sunflower Seeds
  • ⅛ C Flax Seeds

Directions:

  • Line an 8×8″ baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Add oats, almonds, pistachios, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, dried cranberries, and dried blueberries or raisins to a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Mix peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, salt, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat on low-medium heat until honey is bubbling/foamy. Stir well to combine.
  • Remove from heat and add almond extract.
  • Pour melted peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix together.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan.  
  • Top with a sheet of parchment paper and press down firmly into an even layer.
  • Refrigerate 2+ hours, or overnight.  
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!

{No Bake} Raisin & Chocolately Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

  • 3 C Back to Nature Mixed Nuts
  • 1C Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 C Raisins
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ C Coconut Oil melted
  • ¼  C Smooth Almond Butter
  • ¼ C + 2 T Food Lion Pure Honey
  • 1 t Vanilla Extract
  • ½ C Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  • Place the nuts in a food processor and pulse several times to “chop” them into a crumbly-like texture. Be sure to not over mix, some large pieces are okay.
  • Place the processed nuts into a large mixing bowl and stir in coconut flakes, cinnamon, salt, and raisins to combine.
  • Place melted coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat and add in the almond butter and honey, whisking to combine.
  • Remove from heat and add in the vanilla.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the large bowl with the dry ingredients and stir to fully combine.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Line an 8 x 8” or 9 x 9” square pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour in the granola mixture and press down, using your hands, or another piece of parchment paper to pack it down tightly.
  • Cover the top with parchment paper and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Remove pan from freezer. Holding the parchment paper, remove the bars and set on cutting board to slice into bars with a sharp knife.
