How many times have you struggled with the buttons, snaps or zippers on your little one’s onesies or rompers while they adamantly flip and flop to get away from you?
Enter Rachel Nilsson, CEO of RAGS to solve this age-old problem. Once featured on Shark Tank, RAGS has officially left their mark on the fashion industry. These trendy threads for babies, children and adults are designed to be unique, fun and simple. No aggravating snaps or buttons to attach at the bottom; just incredibly soft, kid-friendly fabric with an expandable neck that easily slips on and off, making childhood even more enjoyable.
We recently got our hands on RAGS’ fall 2018 collection, and WOW. From apples and campfires, to bears and sass, to Disney; this collection of fall fashion for kids has us swooning for more. Check it out!
This first print is exactly what we imagine of Autumn and all that outdoorsy goodness! Featuring a campout print on a
Another staple for fall is APPLES! And what goes better with apples than a little sugar and spice? Sure you may be drinking your pumpkin spice latte as we speak, but apples take center stage on this Rag featuring a coral apple background, blue spruce pocket and placket, evening sand sleeves, heather grey cuffs, and high rise grey elastic!
Notice that the child wearing this apple print is a little older than the typical Rag romper baby. These one-piece Rags are available in sizes 3-6 months through 5-6 years. Because they are created with a soft, stretchy spandex/jersey knit fabric, not only will they perfectly fit your little one with premium comfort, but their patent-pending elastic neckline allows little arms to slide in and out so easily that going potty is hardly an issue. That said, our big girl much prefers to wear this romper to bed.
One of the things we love most about all of Rag’s clothing is that these pieces are gender neutral, making hand-me-downs even easier and giving modern parents more options in “one-for-all” apparel.
Case in point, this brand new style features a chinchilla background with Sleepy Black Bears, a black and white stripe big chest pocket with a raw edge, Pompeian raglan 3/4 length sleeves, and black cuffs.
Whether he’s all-boy and rocking his favorite pair of red rain boots, or a girly girl who prefers a hairbow and pigtails, the styling on this romper is perfect for all kiddos.
But RAGS is more than their one-pieces. They also think outside the box and offer a few other styles that are just as trendy, hip, and cool. For example, this duh. t-shirt is a throw-back to one of RAGS first designs.
In another unisex style, with variations available for mom and dad, this short sleeve t-shirt says what most kids of a certain age (you know who you are) are thinking when adults ask them a question. Featuring a winter white and black tally body and sleeves, a black neckline, and ‘duh’ in maroon, this tee is perfect for layering, lounging, and basically rocking out anywhere and everywhere.
And then there is Disney.
We’ve seen a number of Disney collaborations over the past year, and RAGS’ Disney collection might be our favorite yet. Rather than slapping you upside the head with the most recent Disney movie to hit the big screen, the prints in this collection are timeless.
Part of that Disney collection includes this drop back pocket dress, featuring an estate blue background with a Bambi floral pattern and contrasting side pockets in sun dried tomato and black and white stripe that takes us back to our childhood.
While most kids this age won’t know who Bambi is, it doesn’t matter. The print, style and comfort level of this dress are so sweet that she’ll want to wear it all year long. Worn alone or with a sweater and leggings, we seriously love this dress. Too bad it doesn’t come in adult sizes (available up to a size 11/12).
If you prefer a t-shirt, this drop back tee tee features a beryl green and plaza taupe stripe background with a similar Bambi Forest pattern, dark slate neckline and sleeves, and a mustard gold pocket. Available in sizes 2T to 11/12 this unisex design is easily paired with jeans or leggings.
And if you love Mickey Mouse, be sure to check out the limited edition Mickey Mouse collection to celebrate Mickey’s upcoming 90th birthday. It’s available now, but won’t be around for long.
