My family went on vacation recently. We had lists and charts outlining everything we needed and how to fit it into our allotted luggage. Packing for any vacation can be stressful, but when you throw kids into the mix it’s downright overwhelming. Whether you’re traveling by plane, train or automobile, carry on bags are arguably the most important bags that you’ll pack. They will be your lifeline to sanity and can make or break the travel portion of family vacations. Throughout this process, there were 4 things I did that I would recommend for any family travel.
As you begin your back to school shopping, think a bit outside the box this year when it comes to styling your children’s wardrobes. Outfit them in beautifully made, artfully designed, and globally inspired clothing that gives back and strives to incorporate worldwide connectivity and curiosity in the littlest citizens of our vast planet. With styles, prints, designs, and colors that radiate the beauty from one side of the ocean to the other, Tea Collection brings boys and girls a clothing collection that transcends the ordinary. We’re honored to dress our children in the designs from this timeless company this school year, and we hope to encourage you to do the same.
Boy’s clothing shouldn’t be hard to shop for, but how often have you stood in the store staring at racks of clothes, trying to find respectable t-shirts that your elementary aged guys will actually wear? If you’re anything like us, you know that it can be challenging. While we love dressing our kids up in fancy clothes, we all know that a boy’s wardrobe will mostly consist of staples that they can mix and match. This is why we’ve fallen in love with the clothing from Primary.

There are so many toys on the market for preschoolers today, and we’re bombarded with even more via commercials, flyers, and ads around the holidays. Here at Daily Mom, we know it can be overwhelming and sometimes frustrating to choose toys that are current without being quick money-wasting fads, so we took the guesswork and stress out of shopping for your preschooler this holiday season. We’ve hand-selected our favorite toys, games, and clothing from brands we love and trust, and compiled a gift guide of things you won’t feel guilty about giving your little ones!
Shopping for boy’s clothing can be a challenge. Any mom who has dragged her son through the clothing aisles will attest to the fact that wardrobe negotiations can be brutal. You just want to find outfits that are presentable (so that he doesn’t look like he just rolled out of bed) and durable (so that the clothing will last longer than it takes for him to outgrow it). Boys just want to be comfortable and look cool. FabKids is where boys’ fashion, durability, and comfort all come together. They offer stylish, high quality clothes at unbelievably low prices, and the best part? These are clothes your boys will actually want to wear.
When your kids are really little, shopping for clothing is pretty easy. They’ll wear whatever you choose and your sense of style is theirs too – no questions asked. However, they eventually develop a sense of style all their own, and outfitting your daughter can become a little tricky.
Keeping up with kids’ fashion is hard, especially when you’re on a budget. Wouldn’t it be great to have access to a free stylist? That’s essentially what a Kidpik subscription box offers!

Every little girl needs a beautiful, flow-y, fancy dress for the spring. Between Easter, Mother’s Day, First Communions, baptisms and weddings, there are lots of spring events for which your little lady will need to be all dressed up. For all of our special occasions, we absolutely adore the apparel from Strasburg Children.
It’s back-to-school season, which means new clothes, shoes and gear for kids — and an unpleasant Visa statement for parents.
The National Retail Federation estimates that parents spend roughly $300 per child on back-to-school shoes and apparel — a number that doesn’t include electronics, school supplies or extracurricular activities. In total, the NRF reports that the average family with children in grades K-12 plans to spend over $600 per child on electronics, apparel and other school needs.
Multiply that times a few kids… and there goes your budget!
