Whether it’s for a bachelorette party, a birthday celebration, or just a plain ‘ol have-fun trip, besides finding the best hotel and most entertaining shows, you should have a general idea of the coolest and most delicious places to grab a bite to eat during your stay. You’ll definitely need to keep your energy up while hitting the dance floors and pulling the slots, so let us give you our top six girls-trip approved dining digs in Sin City.
1. Alize
If exquisite food and breathtaking views are your idea of a fine dining experience with your favorite ladies, then Alize must be at the top of your list. Situated on the 56th floor of the Palms Casino & Resort, one of the highest elevation restaurants in the entire United States, you can look out over the Las Vegas Strip through the floor-to-ceiling windows and delight in all the lights, grandeur, and beauty that this sleepless city has to offer.
Open nightly from 5:30-10pm, you can choose from two award-winning, Michelin-starred menus, created by Executive Chef Christoper Bulen and Pastry Chef Tammy Alana.
- The A La Carte Menu consists of your choice of appetizers, such as Markys Golden Osetra Caviar and Curried Lobster Bisque, entrees, including Veal Wellington and Dover Sole, a selection of fine cheeses, and of course, delectable desserts, such as Chocolate Mocha Bombe and Spiced Pear Berliners.
- The Tasting Menu is our favorite, and is perfect for those who want to try it all. This is a seven course meal, where you can choose one item from a selection of three per course, and takes a few hours to completion, which you can’t complain about, because who really gets tired of eating the finest cuisine on top of the world! As a palate teaser, here’s a sampling of what your Tasting Menu could be: Basil Caviar, Chilled Snow Crab & Octopus Salad, Foie Gras Torchon, Pan Seared Monkfish, Jewel Yam Gnocchi, Szechuan Pepper Crusted Venison, Imported & Domestic Cheeses, Grand Marnier Souffle, and Coffee or Tea.

Choose from a variety of sliced, house cured meats, fried, sharable plates, salads, and of course pizza and pastas.
