Mother’s Day is such a special day. Whether you spend the day celebrating your Mama or celebrating your own motherhood journey, here are some uplifting and inspiring Mother’s Day bible verses to read and to share with the other mamas in your life who could use some encouragement!
Inspiring Mother’s Day Bible Verses
These Mother’s Day bible verses and scriptures below can be written down in a journal, on a post-it note, or doodled creatively down the margin of your bible. Put them somewhere you will be able to see them daily, to remind yourself that You are Loved, You are Enough, and You are Appreciated.
Writing scripture down helps us keep God’s word tucked in our hearts and mind, and it helps us to take a closer look at the details in his word. We all know that as a busy mama it is so hard to find time for ourselves, much less a quiet moment! Committing to writing down at least one verse a day, during the kid’s nap time, or after they lay down for the night, allows us to spend a moment with God and also helps us to remember and keep his word in our hearts.
