1. Drink Lemon (Oil) Water
Add 1-2 drops of lemon oil to your glass of water throughout the day! This can help you feel refreshed and energized. It also helps support a healthy digestive and immune system. Only Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils labeled as a supplement should be ingested.
2. Add Lemon Oil to your Skincare Routine
Lemon Essential Oil may help to clarify your skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes. Just add one drop to your nighttime moisturizer.
3. Make Your Own Body Scrub
Mix 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 1/4 cup of sugar with 8 drops of lemon oil.
4. Use Lemon Oil in Your Favorite Recipe
Substitute Lemon oil into any recipe that calls for lemon juice, lemon extract, or grated lemon zest. Lemon oil is great in drinks, marinades, on chicken and many other foods.

- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol
- 5-10 drops Lemon Essential Oil
- 1 pump of natural dish soap
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a 16 ounce spray bottle and shake well.
Use this cleaner recipe for granite, marble, and quartz. Recipes with white vinegar can be too abrasive for these surfaces. You can also use it on appliances, tables, bathroom sinks and baseboards.
10. Diffuse Lemon Oil
Add 1-3 drops of Lemon Essential Oil to a diffuser to uplift your mood and brighten your day! As a bonus, your home will smell amazing.
