We suggest adding 1-2 drops to a room temperature glass of water each morning to get you going! You should only use glass or stainless steel when drinking Citrus Oils. 

2. Add Lemon Oil to your Skincare Routine

Lemon Essential Oil may help to clarify your skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes. Just add one drop to your nighttime moisturizer.

3. Make Your Own Body Scrub

Mix 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 1/4 cup of sugar with 8 drops of lemon oil.

Warning: Lemon oil is photosensitive, so be sure to use it only when you will not be in the sun for at least 12 hours. Nighttime is perfect!

4. Use Lemon Oil in Your Favorite Recipe

Substitute Lemon oil into any recipe that calls for lemon juice, lemon extract, or grated lemon zest. Lemon oil is great in drinks, marinades, on chicken and many other foods.

5. Wash your Fruit and Veggies with Lemon Oil.

Give your freshly bought or harvested produce a bath in a bowl of water with 1-2 drops of lemon oil to remove dirt, bacteria, and any leftover residue.

1-2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil will remove gum, oil, grease spots, or adhesive.2

9. Clean your Counter Tops with Lemon Essential Oil Cleanser

Directions: Pour all ingredients into a 16 ounce spray bottle and shake well.

Use this cleaner recipe for granite, marble, and quartz. Recipes with white vinegar can be too abrasive for these surfaces. You can also use it on appliances, tables, bathroom sinks and baseboards.
